The program will include a short film by Scott Nelson on the Upper Deschutes River and a presentation by Jay Bowman from the Sunriver Nature Center on the Oregon Spotted Frog, a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act, whose habitat includes the Upper Deschutes Basin, and whose survival has come into focus with respect to water management in the Basin.
